This easy and elegant side dish can be cooked in the oven along with your main course.

COOK TIME: 25 Minutes
Ingredients

1 head broccoli, including stems, cut into 3½-inch florets
1/4 cup olive oil
Kosher salt and pepper
1/4 cup (3/4 ounce) pecans

Directions
Step 1  Step 1:
Heat oven to 400° F.
 
Step 2  Step 2:
In a roasting pan, combine the broccoli, oil, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and the pecans.
 
Step 3  Step 3:
Roast, stirring once, until tender, 20 to 25 minutes.
